Where is The Slow Rodeo based?

The Slow Rodeo is based in Toronto, Canada. All parcels are shipped from this location.

Can I return an item?

Returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted. All sales are final.

​Carefully read item descriptions pertaining measurements and noted flaws. Bear in mind that all items are pre-loved, therefore minor imperfections should be expected.

Don’t hesitate to contact The Slow Rodeo with any questions you may have about items prior to purchase!

Sizing?

Our vintage and secondhand finds are one-of-a-kind pieces. Only one of each item is available. Vintage sizing often varies from modern sizes. Some items may not retain their original brand, size and/or material tags.

We do our best to suggest a possible size range for each item but these recommendations are not a guarantee.

Please refer to approximate measurements that are included in the listings if you have any questions about style or fit. We are not responsible for items that do not fit due to neglecting to measure.

Will my order be processed in USD or CAD currency?

Prices reflected on our website are in CANADIAN currency.

Do you ship worldwide?

The Slow Rodeo ships worldwide.

All orders are shipped within 2-5 days of purchase via Canada Post. A notification email will be sent with tracking when the order has shipped. Once an item has been shipped, The Slow Rodeo is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Domestic packages are sent via Xpresspost and typically arrive within 1-3 days of shipment. 

International packages are sent via Xpresspost International and typically arrive within 7-10 days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 30 days for international packages, please contact your local postal office if you are concerned about the whereabouts of the package.

The Slow Rodeo is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs added upon delivery. If a customer does not claim and pay the custom fee upon delivery, the package will be abandoned at customs. We will not be responsible for returning the items or refunding. In the event that your package is returned to us, we may contact you and arrange reshipment for a fee.
